c360 is pleased to announce the availability of 'Record Editor': the newest member of the c360 Core Productivity Pack family.

c360 Record Editor makes any Microsoft CRM view fully editable with the click of a button. Simply access any CRM view from anywhere within Microsoft CRM and click 'Edit Records' and you are immediatley presented with an editable grid where all custom and standard fields can be modified individually or in bulk. Record Editor works with all standard and custom entities and all standard and custom fields excluding system fields like 'Date Created' where modification is not possible. c360 has added Record Editor to our Core Productivity Pack so it is available at no charge to all Core Productivity Pack customers with current maintenance agreements.

This product doesn't work if you install it with other Core Productivity Pack products.

It's really annoying to spend hours to fix the bugs and wait for ever to get a c360 support person respond to support requests.

Hi Team,
Finally I got this working. Different versions of Products caused the issue. We fixed it by removing the folder 'Toolkit' in C:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\V3\Web\CrmWeb and reinstalling Console and then Record Editor.

Anyway, now the product works, it is really frustrating to see unknown error messages and try to understand what went wrong and how to fix.
