Can someone point out what would cause this?  I replaced the isv.config.xml with the original one but it still didn't work.

Hi,

Please see the following KB article to import a plain isv.config:

http://www.c360.com/Support/Default.aspx?tabId=23a72820577a443aac45d2bbbe95e706&linkId=a2bea9bdde4f41cc83e06cfbaa4bbb27&Number=KBA-01119&operation=KBDETAILS

If this doesn't resolve the issue, please email support@c360.com so that a case is created.

I tried the 'vanilla' customizations.xml... still no luck. I'm sending in the SOS e-mail to support.

I had a similar issue.

Just wanted to share what solved it:
- manually imported the Alerts entity (with directions from support@c360)
- manually added the needed script for the onload event for the Alert popup for several entities (with directions from support@c360)
NOTE 1: it seem as if the Alerts onload script should be placed at the end.
NOTE 2: when doing this I found a onload script that had some javascript syntax issues...could this have been the cause...?

Got it to work at the end! Thanks again, Brume @ support @ c360

Forgot one important step:
Brume @ support @ c360 was kind enough to add the Add Alert button to the isv.config for us.
