BI Analytics does not require keys to install or load.  The keys provided allow the install to sustain operations after a period of time.  The time that is typically provided is between 15-60 days.

So do not wait on keys to install - key install can be executed as a last step.  Download the software as per usual c360 operation/protocol and proceed.
