There are 233 relevant program files - each having a very limited amount of text found within BI Analytics.  To convert to the required language, each of those files needs to be edited - replacing the current English word(s) with the appropriate translation.  It is that easy.  Each file contains about 5-10 words requiring change.

The file is then saved as the new language name and the name of the file.  BI Analytics does not have to be recompiled just simply saved and restarted.
