| | | Am importing 9,000 company records from a GoldMine database that have duplicate company names. Only some names are duplicates, the companies are not duplicates. Am also importing a unique account number from GoldMine for future updates. Do I need to eliminate duplicate names by adding maybe a suffix like "ABC Company", "ABC Company 2", "ABC Company 3" etc.,so the Primary Contact and Parent Company relationship works OK using Import Manager (2 rule setup) (I have one file to import into both Accounts and into Contacts) |
