Bug Fixes

• When a user selects the disable (i.e read-only) option for a field in
  the CRM Form Editor and then adds the same field in Forecast Manager it becomes editable. Forecast Manager grid does not respect the CRM settings. This has now been fixed. Forecast manager respects CRM read-only settings.
• Sorting on the “probability” column in descending order through
  User preferences does not function. This has been fixed. Sorting has now been enabled in ascending / descending order.
