| | | Hello, In CRM 4.0 when looking at cases with Console or My WorkPlace how do I run a workflow against selected cases? I see that I can run a workflow against one case at a time by opening each case but in our CRM 3.0 deployment I used to be able to run workfow against multiple cases at once. Thank you, Shaun |
