| | They are telling me that you need your CRM Server publically accessible, meaning hosting the CRM server so that they can communicate via internet portals. I had the same issue where I wanted to FTP my webconnect files up to a web server, but since they are on two completely different servers, they need a way to communicate. If anyone has a better solution for this, please advise as I recall in the instruction manuals they did not cover this aspect of the puzzle. Not really looking forward to hosting our CRM server as security issues would be of concern at that point!
