| | | We are not developers and outsourced a customization to a developer no longer doing MS CRM development work. The developer is used the c360 SDK... we now need to remove this customization prior to upgrading the customer to 4.0. Are there specific instructions available for removing/uninstalling a customization? |

| | There is no specific instructions. Assuming that your customization is accessible by a link in the left navigation area, all you need to do is edit your Microsoft CRM ISV.config and/or SiteMap to simply remove the link that was added by your former developer.
