This means I can save the time of trying to update each tab of each entity. Good news indeed, thanks for the update. |

... This issue has been fixed and will be available as part of our next public release sloted for January 22nd, 2007. thanks Tested this with the Console version 3.0.8 version but it does not seem to work (for me that is...)
I have attached some screenshots in the zip.
Also notice the "Error on Page" icon in the IE statusbar... This seems to be related to the Route tab, a tab with an IFRAME, showing a route using virtual earth... Have not looked at this in detail, but after removing the Tab that error did go away (!!)...
...however, the scaling in the Account Record Detail stayed the same...

I took a closer look to the E-mail "label" and input... They are placed together in one TD (?!?)... Looking at the row above the "label" is placed in a TD
is this the cause of the "wrong alignment"?

| Posted 1/23/2007 5:07:21 AM | | | ...more scaling issues?
Here two screenshots of a custom entity
First the crm "detail" form.

And its Console counterpart? Where are the inputs?...Looking at the DOM of the page they are there...

| Posted 1/23/2007 9:49:56 AM | | | This issue should have been fixed.
Can you please open up a case with support@c360.com so that it can be investigated further?thanks,

| Posted 6/15/2007 5:16:05 AM | | | Crm and c360 products have not had the priority they should have for the past couple of months....
But today I took the time to install the latest versions of the Console including MR1 and MR2.
The problem I had with the scalling seem to have disappeared.
Many thanx!

| Posted 8/28/2007 9:32:20 AM | | | I recently installed a 3.0.9.188 version of the c360.Console I received from global technical support.
(note: the version I received has to be reinstalled and can not be used as an update on a previous version because our maintenance had expired)
After doing this I noticed the issue has re-emerged....
Already mailed support about this... |
| Posted 9/5/2007 4:34:47 PM | | | I have reactived the support case, and we will research this issue again.
