After installing several C360 products (Relationship, Console, Summary, Alerts, Multi-field search) I now get an alert when I try to open an account or contact in CRM: This page contains both secure and non-secure items. Do you want to display the non-secure items?

I'm still getting this even though I've un-installed all the C360 products as well as changed the web.config file back to:

I'm at a total loss as to what to do next to stop this from happening. This was not happening before I installed the C360 products and I thought that I removed everything to do with the installation of the C360 products.

I have exactly the same issue. It occurred when we put our server to https:// to use ssl to access our website. For some reason the c360 software tries to display a non-https (thus insecure) site. I need a resolution for this.

In order for this message to disappear you will need to check the c360.config and add https to the CRM URL in that file. When you are done, save it and attempt to access MSCRM again. If this does not resolve your issue, please open a support case by sending an email to support@c360.com. Thank you.
