Hi All,

I have installed the Data Quality Centre and the Alerts modules in a test environment with CRM 3.0 and SQL Server 2005 on the same server.  All the installation procedures completed without error however when I try to integrate the links via the c360 Settings area I get the below error message.

Error occurred while integrating links for Alerts.  Please contact c360 Support.

Also, when I try to access the Bulk Alerts section of the c360 settings area, the popup window appears however it tell me that my security role does not allow me to create alerts, contact my administrator.

I am logged in as the setup user who is also a system administrator wihtin crm and a domain administrator.

Any ideas, I'm a little lost here.

Kind Regards,
Ozan Makinaci.

The integrate button is only intended to be used when something goes wrong during install and for whaetever reason the links are not added in the CRM application as expected. You have said that the installation completed successfully, therefore it doesn't sound like you need to use this button in the first place.

Regarding the "security related error" when trying to use alerts, please refer to page 9 of the Alerts installation guide to get instructions on how to configure the security settings for this product.
