I registered the StrikeIron Address Verification web service per the instructions and it worked for a couple of days and then stopped working.

The address validation screen flashes briefly and there are no errors.

When I view the number of hits on the StrikeIron page they are no longer going down which leads me to believe I am not even hitting the web service anymore.

I tried to re-register and it will not accept it probably since it is a duplicate.

Is there a means to troubleshoot this and what do you recommend?

Thanks,

Shawn

Address Valdiation needs the country field filled in to USA, US, United States of America (or any similar variations) for it to work. if all the information is present and its still not working, then please open a support case at support@c360.com and someone will be able to assist you.

thanks

Since 95% of our entities are based in the US, we have always only set the country when it is not the US. It would be nice if there were a mechanism to allow the address check to assume US (or maybe another country based on a configuration setting) if not provided.

Thanks for the feedback. Being able to set default country (if blank) has been added to the wishlist
