We had the "object doesn't support this..." message too after installing the c360.Alerts product.

The c360.Console and c360.Summary were already installed.

Looking at the line number of the script error and the script source sent to the client (using Fiddler2) we concluded that it might be the grid versions used in Alerts, Console, Summary we installed.

For us a repair install of the c360.Summary product resolved the issue!
NOTE: after the repair install the cache of IE should be emptied by choosing e.g. Delete All in the Delete Browser History (on all clients!!)

We have recently become aware of this issue.  Sometimes a repair of the installed module, plus deleting the browser cache will resolve, but not every time.

If you continue to have problems email support@c360.com and we will assist.  We will have an update on the forum soon that will resolve this issue.
