Hi,

I have a possible bug to report. I should note that this applies to version 3.0.6.109, but I did not see anything in the release notes for 3.0.7 that indicates this bug has been fixed.

If you have a grid with more items than can fit in the window, scrollbars appear on the right hand side of the grid. If you scroll to the bottom and click on any of the entries near the bottom, the grid will make a "jump" and the bottommost entry will disappear from sight*. I you scroll up and then down again to the bottom the item is visible again. This makes opening the bottommost entry in a grid with more entries than can fit in the window difficult at best.

*the item does not completely disappear - a thin blue line is visible, indicating the top of the grid row that holds the bottommost entry.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a grid that holds more entries than can fit in the window. Alternatively, resize the window to achieve this. Scrollbars appear on the right hand side of the grid.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the grid, i.e. so that the scroll-indicator is at the bottom of the scrollbar.
3. Click any entry of the visible entries in the grid. Notice that the view makes a "jump" and that the bottommost entry in the grid is now hidden below the bottomedge of the grid.
4. Use the scrollbar or your mousewheel to scroll up and then down to the bottom again. The entry is now visible again.

Hope you can verify this error.

kind regards,
Henrik Nielsen

This is a very annoying behavior indeed. I checked with our dev team this morning and they tell me that this is a defect they are currently working on and will be resolved in the 3.0.8 release which is expected on January 22 2007.

I just downloaded and installed version 3.0.8, but the bottom row is still disappearing. Was this issue postponed? The release notes on the download page do not include changes in 3.0.8.

Yes this particular problem has been resolved. Please try each of the following 3 suggestions:

  1. Make sure you have updated all the DLLs in your bin folder. You can right click and select "Propertie" to verify that all the c360 DLLs are version 3.0.8
  2. Empty your browser's cache
  3. Reset IIS

Let me know if any of these suggestions help.

All the DLLs are indeed version 3.0.8 with one exception. c360.CustomizationEngine.dll is version 3.0.7 but it was not included with the 3.0.8 release and it doesn't seem to be referenced in the project I'm working on anyway. None of these suggestions did the trick. I also confirmed that references in my project are correct.
