API Integration

Service representatives will likely need access to information stored in other systems to properly service your customers. c360 ITSM is built on the Microsoft Dynamics xRM platform, which was developed specifically with the knowledge that the solution would not be the only one in the organization. Microsoft developed the Dynamics xRM platform with this in mind, delivering some of the most flexible and easily implemented APIs in the business.

Web Services

c360 ITSM web services can be consumed from within or outside of the organization, including the cloud, while ensuring that all communications are completely secure. The full breadth of the application is exposed, including the creation and modification of metadata, data and even UX components.

Event Pipeline

The event pipeline for all actions occurring within the framework is exceptionally robust, with external applications being able to respond synchronously or asynchronously, modifying any information in the application in response to events. These external applications can also reside within the organization or in the cloud.

Database Integration

The c360 ITSM database schema is fully documented, and very simple to consume, with human readable table names and simple relationship rules. There are many 3rd party products that are built specifically for communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics xRM platform, which even further facilitates this type of integration.
