The c360 products are installed with English being the default language. You need not do anything if you need English as your language configuration.

Activity Summary

- Download the zip file english.zip
- Unzip and copy the 'ActivitySummary.english.xml' file to the following directory under the root folder of Microsoft CRM Web application:
"custom\c360\ActivitySummary\Languages"
- Rename the 'ActivitySummary.english.xml' file to 'english.xml'
- Add the following key in the c360.config file in the 'appSettings' section. c360.config file is located in the "custom\c360\Config" directory under the root folder of Microsoft CRM Web application: 
<add key='Language' value='english'/>
- You also need to configure the Toolkit language translation files
 

Customer Portal

- Download the zip file english.zip

Portal CRM
- Unzip and copy the 'PortalCRM.english.xml' file to the default Portal CRM installation directory:
"c:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\c360 Solutions Portal CRM\Languages"
- Rename the 'PortalCRM.english.xml' file to 'english.xml'
-Add the following key in the c360.config file in the 'appSettings' section. c360.config file is located in the "c:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\c360 Solutions Portal CRM\config" directory:
<add key='Language' value='english'/>
- You also need to configure the Toolkit language translation files

Portal UI
- Unzip and copy the 'PortalUI.english.xml' to the default Portal UI installation directory:
Portal UI:  "c:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\c360.Portal\Languages"
- Rename the 'PortalUI.english.xml' file to 'english.xml'
-Add the following key in the web.config file in the 'appSettings' section. web.config file is located in the "c:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\c360.Portal" directory:

Email Link

- Unzip and copy the 'EmailLink.english.xml' file to the following directory under the root folder of Microsoft CRM Web application:
"custom\c360\EmailLink\Languages"
- Rename the 'EmailLink.english.xml' file to 'english.xml'
-Add the following key in the web.config file in the 'appSettings' section. web.config file is located in the root folder of Microsoft CRM Web application:

Forecast Manager

- Download the zip file english.zip

- Unzip and copy the 'QueueManager.english.xml' file to the following directory under the root folder of Microsoft CRM Web application:
"custom\c360\QueueManager\Languages"
- Rename the 'QueueManager.english.xml' file to 'english.xml'
-Add the following key in the c360.config file in the 'appSettings' section. c360.config file is located in the "custom\c360\Config" directory under the root folder of Microsoft CRM Web application: 
<add key='Language' value='english'/>
- You also need to configure the Toolkit language translation files
 

Relationship Chart

- Download the zip file english.zip
- Unzip and copy the 'RelationshipChart.english.xml' file to the following directory under the root folder of Microsoft CRM Web application:
"custom\c360\RelationshipChart\Languages"
- Rename the 'RelationshipChart.english.xml' file to 'english.xml'
-Add the following key in the c360.config file in the 'appSettings' section. c360.config file is located in the "custom\c360\Config" directory under the root folder of Microsoft CRM Web application: 
<add key='Language' value='english'/>
- You also need to configure the Toolkit language translation files
 

Search Pac

- Download the zip file english.zip
- Unzip and copy the 'SearchPac.english.xml'  file to the following directory under the root folder of Microsoft CRM Web application:
"custom\c360\SearchPac\Languages"
- Rename the 'SearchPac.english.xml' file to 'english.xml'
-Add the following key in the web.config file in the 'appSettings' section. web.config file is located in the root folder of Microsoft CRM Web application:

Toolkit

- Toolkit is used with the following c360 Products: Activity Summary, My WorkPlace, Relationship Chart, Dashboard, Portal CRM. If you are using any of the above products, you will also need to configure toolkit language instructions
- Download the zip file english.zip
- Unzip and copy the 'Toolkit.english.xml' file to the following directory under the root folder of Microsoft CRM Web application:
"custom\c360\Toolkit\Languages"
- Rename the 'Toolkit.english.xml' file to 'english.xml'
- Add the following key in the c360.config file in the 'appSettings' section. c360.config file is located in the "custom\c360\Config" directory under the root folder of Microsoft CRM Web application: 
<add key='Language' value='english'/>

 

Web Connect

- Download the zip file english.zip

Web application
- Unzip and copy the 'Webconnect_Win.english.xml' to the default Webconnect installation directory:
"c:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\c360.WebConnect\WebApplanguages"
- Rename the 'Webconnect_Win.english.xml' file to 'english.xml'

Window application
- Unzip and copy the 'Webconnect_Web.english.xml' to the default Webconnect installation directory:
"c:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\c360.WebConnect\languages"
- Rename the 'Webconnect_Web.english.xml' file to 'english.xml'

- Add the following key in the c360.Webconnect.config file in the 'configuration' section. 
<language>english</language>
