Alerts

- Download the zip file german3.zip
- Unzip and copy the 'Alerts.german.xml' file to the default c360 installation directory
"c:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\V3\Web\CRMWeb\Alerts\Languages"
- Rename the 'Alerts.german.xml' file to 'german.xml'
- Add (or rename) the following key in the c360.config file in the 'appSettings' section. c360.config file is located in the "c:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\V3\Config" directory

- You also need to configure the Toolkit language translation files

Console

- Download the zip file german3.zip
- Unzip and copy the 'Console.german.xml' file to the default c360 installation directory

- Rename the 'Console.german.xml' file to 'german.xml'

Portal CRM
- Unzip and copy the 'PortalCRM.german.xml' file to the default c360 installation directory

- Rename the 'PortalCRM.german.xml' file to 'german.xml'
- Add (or rename) the following key in the c360.config file in the 'appSettings' section. c360.config file is located in the "c:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\V3\Config" directory

Portal Customer Interface
- Unzip and copy the 'PortalCustomerInterface.german.xml' to the default Customer Portal Customer Interface installation directory:

- The Customer Portal user can specify the language to display the Portal interface through Preferences

Portal Web Services
- Unzip and copy the 'PortalWebServices.german.xml' to the default Customer Portal Web Services installation directory:

- Rename the 'PortalWebServices.german.xml' file to 'german.xml'

Server Component

- Download the zip file WordMailMerge.zip
- Unzip and copy the 'WordMailMerge Server\german.xml' file to the c360 Word Mail Merge installation directory
"c:\Program Files\c360\c360 WordMailMerge Server for MS CRM 3\Localization"
- Rename the following key in the web.config file in the 'appSettings' section of Group Calendar folder.
- web.config file is located in the "c:\Program Files\c360\c360 GroupCalendar\web.config" directory

Client Component
Note: This must be done on all client machines

- Download the zip file WordMailMerge.zip
- Unzip and copy the 'WordMailMerge Client\german.xml' file to the c360 Word Mail Merge Client installation directory
"c:\Program Files\c360\c360 WordMailMerge Client for MS CRM 3\Localization"
- Important: Change the following registry key
1. Type regedit
2. Localte the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\c360\CRMMailMerge
3. Change the value of the "language" key to "german"
