John Gravely is General Manager of c360 and co-founded the company in 2001. In 2006, John engineered the acquisition of c360 by CDC Software, a division of CDC Corporation (NASDQ: CHINA). Prior to the acquisition by CDC John had acted as c360's Chairman, CEO and President building the company from 2 people to a globally recognized brand with over 1,500 customers, 500 resellers, products in 8 languages and receipt of the prestigious Microsoft Partner Choice ISV Award for 2005. Prior to starting c360 John was the Eastern Region Consulting Director for the Professional Services team of Onyx Software, a mid-market CRM provider. Prior to Onyx, John was a consultant, trainer and project manager focusing on the Latin American client base of Datastream Systems, a leader in Enterprise Asset Management solutions. John started his career as a project engineer with Fluor Daniel before returning to school to earn his graudate degree. John attended high school at the Woodberry Forest School, has a bachelor's degree in Building Science and Management from Clemson University and earned a Master's Degree in International Business (MIBS) from the University of South Carolina. In earning his Master's degree John became fluent in Spanish and lived and worked in Mexico, Argentina and Chile. John co-authored the first comprehensive book on Microsoft CRM; 'Special Edition - Using Microsoft CRM' by Que Publishing, has addressed the World Trade Center Atlanta (Atlanta Entrepreneur Recommends Outsourcing to India) on the topic of development outsourcing and was featured on CNN Money and Fortune Small Business magazine's 'Three Roads to Wealth' cover story in April 2007.
Jeremie Desautels is Vice President of Product Marketing of c360 and was formerly a Senior Technical Consultant for the Professional Services team of Onyx Software, a mid-market CRM software vendor. Jeremie has architected and developed CRM solutions for Factiva, IMS Health, AIG/FSC Securities, Witness Systems and Internet Security Systems among others. Before entering the CRM industry, Jeremie was a lead developer for CGI Canada in Atlanta and Montreal. Jeremie has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Sherbrooke, Canada and is Technical Editor of 'Special Edition - Using Microsoft CRM' by Que Publishing.
Sanin Saracevic is Vice President of Technology Development for c360. He is responsible for the software architecture underlying the c360 product line. Prior to c360, Sanin worked for Avanade, a premier Microsoft Integrator owned in part by Accenture and Microsoft. During his career with Avanade, Sanin was responsible for the architecture of .NET solutions delivered to the customer base. Sanin co-authored a set of .NET frameworks that allow developers to seamlessly publish and consume services on the Enterprise Service Bus. He also worked on many CRM solutions including a project that defined a proof of concept of a web service integration between Accenture's ACS asset system and Siebel's CRM system. Among other accomplishments, Sanin worked as a principle software architect for Interland, Inc., BiT eTechnologies, LLC and Convergent Media Systems, Inc. of Atlanta. Sanin has used his understanding of software architecture to mentor junior developers through the process of learning new frameworks, technologies, and enterprise architectural patterns. Sanin graduated Cum Laude with a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.
Lisa A. Patrick is Sales Director for c360 and is responsible for all direct and channel sales efforts worldwide. Lisa has more than 20 years sales and leadership experience in both products and services focusing on manufacturing and services business sectors. Previous employers include NIIT America, Osprey and AGFA division of Bayer AG. Throughout her career, Lisa has gained valuable insight and experience with the challenges and opportunities that organizations face in CRM related to lead and opportunity management processes. Lisa is a native of Bangor, Maine and resides in metro Atlanta with her family enjoying the outdoor lifestyle and Southern Hospitality.
Arvind Raman is Director of Product Management for c360. Prior to c360, Arvind worked with various companies leading and implementing successful CRM solutions with a focus on the Financial Services industry. Arvind worked with Easybroker in London where he was responsible for the deployment of a tightly integrated CRM and equity trading system. Arvind worked with Riggs Bank in Washington, DC where he was responsible for architecting CRM solutions as part of Rigg's Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) programs. Arvind has also led CRM projects in a number of other industries including High-Tech (Internet Security System and Factset Research Systems), Utilities (Keyspan Energy) and Retail Marketing (DCI Marketing). Arvind began his career in the CRM industry as a Senior Consultant at Onyx Software, a mid-market CRM software vendor where he worked with different clients helping implement the Onyx CRM solutions. Prior to Onyx, Arvind was the Implementation Account Manager at Neovest Inc, a leader in the trading software market, where he worked with institutional buy-side and sell-side investment firms implementing Neovest's proprietary trading technology. Arvind started his career at Morgan Stanley in New York, a publicly traded global financial services firm (NYSE: MWD), where he was a Business Analyst in their Institutional Equities group. Arvind has also been involved with different professional and community organizations such as TIE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), MIT Enterprise Forum, GTBN (Georgia Tech Business Network), NETIP (Network of Indian Professionals) and CRY (Child Relief and You). Arvind is an honors graduate from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a Certificate in Economics. Arvind is also a Certified Pragmatic Marketing Product Manager.
