Steps to install Licenses for Documents Pack(Word Mail Merge) and Group Calendar

 

  1. Launch the c360 License Manager from the CRM Server at

    CRM 4.0


    Document Pack:
    c:\Program Files\c360\Documents Core Pack Server for MS CRM 4.0\config\PTM.LicenseManager.exe”
    Group Calendar:c:\Program Files\c360\GroupCalendar for MS CRM 4.0\config\PTM.LicenseManager.exe”


    CRM 3.0


    Word Mail Merge:
    c:\Program Files\c360\WordMalMerge Server for MS CRM 3\bin\PTM.LicenseManager.exe”
    Group Calendar:c:\Program Files\c360\c360 GroupCalendar\bin\PTM.LicenseManager.exe”
    Auto Merge:c:\Program Files\c360\AutoMerge for MS CRM\bin\PTM.LicenseManager.exe”

 

Note:

The user logged on to the CRM Server must be an Administrator that is also a user in CRM and has the 'System Administrator' Role

 

  1. Click on 'Word Mail Merge' (or 'Group Calendar')

       
  1. You can select the license file that you received by clicking on the open folder button (shown in red above)
     
  1. Verify the information to make sure it’s correct and Click “Install License”. After the license is parsed, you will see below message

   

 

  1. Click "Yes" and the license file will be installed
