c360 to Co-author Microsoft CRM Book

Atlanta, GA - c360 President, John Gravely, and Chief Technology Officer, Jeremie Desautels, have signed an agreement to co-author and provide technical editing for Que Publishing's upcoming Special Edition Using Microsoft CRM title to be released in the first half of next year. Mr. Gravely will co-author the book with Laura Brown of System Innovations (http://www.systeminnovations.net). Mr. Desautels will serve as the book's Technical Editor.
