c360 Solutions Unveils New Products for Microsoft CRM Customers

Products Enhance Microsoft CRM Capabilities by Streamlining Complex Query Creation Process and Improving Forecast Accuracy

Atlanta, GA - Microsoft CRM customers have three new tools to help improve sales forecasting, query execution and overall system usability. c360 Solutions, a developer of Microsoft CRM tools, recently introduced its latest developments: SearchPac, Forecast Manager and Activity Summary. All tools enhance Microsoft CRM's core functionality.

SearchPac is a solution comprised of two separate tools; Query Manager and Multi-Field Search. SearchPac allows the user to create complex queries, save queries for future use, track marketing campaigns, customize the field list in a query results set and perform standard and custom actions against the results set. The core Microsoft CRM product currently does not have the capability to track marketing campaigns.

Forecast Manager is a tool designed to improve forecast accuracy by simplifying the process of reviewing and updating sales opportunity forecast information. Forecast Manager's sales dashboard makes maintaining updated forecast information easy and efficient. The result is greater accuracy and reduced time spent updating forecasts. Clients like Internet Security Systems have benefited from forecast accuracy improvements of up to 35 percent (from 60 to 95 percent).

Activity Summary is a usability enhancement tool that allows Microsoft CRM users to more easily read through notes and activities attached to CRM objects and, where applicable, their originating lead records. Activity Summary gives users a roll-up view of all activity at the account and contact level. In addition, Activity Summary allows users to quickly enter new activities and notes.

Free evaluation copies of all c360 products are available on c360's website at www.c360.com. Microsoft CRM customers can request 15-day production evaluation licenses for their organizations as well as unlimited usage licenses for the Adventure Works sample installation of Microsoft CRM.

Authorized Microsoft CRM partners can become approved to resell c360 products to their customers at no cost. c360 partners receive fully functional demo and internal production (NFR) copies of all c360 products at no cost. c360 partners receive compensation on all their customers' c360 product orders regardless of whether the order was sold by the partner or ordered directly from c360's online store.
