c360 Solutions, Inc. appoints Graham Wood to Board of Advisors

Atlanta, GA - c360, Inc., the leading Microsoft Customer Relationship Management Independent Software Vendor, Developer and Implementation firm today announced the appointment of Graham Wood to the c360 Board of Advisors.
c360 Solutions CEO John Gravely stated "Wood is a solid IT industry veteran, and weare very fortunate to have him join our board of advisors. Graham's strong financial management background, and industry knowledge will help to structure the financial challenges of our rapidly growing company."
Mr. Wood is currently the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Atlanta basedGuardedNet and has held senior management positions at Greyhare Partners, and RedCelsius, Inc. Mr. Wood has also been the CFO for three privately held high tech firms ranging in annual revenues from start-up to $17 million with responsibilities for M&A activities resulting inthe sale of one company and the acquisition of several channel partners with another. Earlierin his career, Graham spent over 13 years with Management Science America, Inc., (acquired by Dun & Bradstreet Software Services, Inc.) a publicly traded world leader in enterprisesoftware, enjoying various management responsibilities from contract administration toDirector of Finance for the Americas. He was responsible for revenue recognition, billing,forecasting, analysis, and budgeting with a staff of over 20 professionals for the largestoperational theatre of the company. Graham has a Masters of Professional Accountancy fromGeorgia State University and a BBA from Oglethorpe University, Atlanta, Georgia where hegraduated with honors.
