c360 Completes Phase One of Microsoft CRM Rollout for InterCept

Atlanta, GA - c360 Solutions, Inc., a leading Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Independent Software Vendor, developer and implementation provider, announced today that the first phase of InterCept, Inc.'s enterprise-wide Microsoft CRM rollout was successfully completed. The first phase of the rollout converted InterCept's customer service centers in the Southeast to Microsoft's CRM software. InterCept's remaining locations throughout the country will move to the new CRM platform by the end of 2004.
