c360 Reminder for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
c360 Solutions Reminder is a Microsoft CRM enhancement that notifies Microsoft CRM users of any upcoming activities and appointments. c360 Reminder lets you monitor any combination of users and/or queues and activity types, enabling users to monitor queues and other members in a team.
The features of c360 Reminder are:
- Monitor all standard and custom activities or a just subset of activities
- Configure how long in advance to be notified of each activity type
- Monitor any queues and/or users and teams
- Set snooze for each activity, to be reminded again in a certain amount of time
- Configure how frequently the reminders appear
- Identify quickly who owns the activity (queue, user or team)
- No requirement to have CRM open
- Supports multiple languages and works with IFD
