c360 Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Product Roadmap
This roadmap provides an early glimpse of what new features are included in upcoming releases of the c360 product lines. The dates and features are not guaranteed and subject to change*.
* c360 follows an Agile development methodology in our development process and roadmap planning which means we commit to a final release date which is broken into sub-periods called iterations. By assessing the progress of each iteration we can evaluate our overall progress with the underlying tenant that we will never change the release date. If we lack in progress, the only option we have is reprioritizing items and/or cutting underlying features.
Please note that some of the items below have hyperlinks which provides more details on how the feature works and/or a screenshot. This is just a beta/development screenshot and is not a guarantee for the final released version

- Support for 64 bit version of the c360 products
Audit
- Integrating Audit and Field Level Security
Customer Portal
- Ability to search in the Portal User inteface
- Ability for Portal administrator to display all cases in the Portal user inteface with no time restriction
- Ability to Filter the list of cases displayed in the Portal User Inteface (All Cases, My Cases, Resolved Cases etc)
Console
- Ability to make the Record Details Cell editable
- Marketing List and list member entity support in the Associated entity list cell
- CampaignResponse entity support in Console (View Cell, Record Details Cell)
Email To Case
- Display body of email in 'Case Display' section
Explorer
- Ability to launch Explorer directly from a CRM record context (Account, Contact etc)
Field Level Security
- Export to Excel will respect the Field Level Security settings

Integrating Audit and Field Level Security
- Bugfix: Forbidden privilege is not applied to picklist fields having default values
- Bugfix: In Record Editor, it
is possible to bulk update 'Forbidden' fields
- Bugfix: Users are able to search on 'forbidden' and 'hidden' fields using Advanced Find
- Bugfix: Users are unable to search on disabled fields using Advanced Find
- Bugfix: Custom fields which have been 'forbidden' are shown in the Merge Preview screen
Record Editor
- Inline addition of a new record in the Record Editor grid
- Configuration option to allow editing of records with onchange scripts (Note - onchange scripts will NOT be honored but the editing of the field will be allowed)
Relationship Explorer/Charting
- Ability to display multiple column names in the Relationship Explorer Tree
- Preferences to display only active records in the Relationship Explorer Tree
