The Microsoft CRM 3.0 Deployment Manager Application lists Organization Name for the installation under the License Manager folder. The steps to arrive at this value are:

1. On the CRM server go to Start > All Programs > Microsoft CRM > Deployment Manager
2. When the Deployment Manager screen appears (see screen shot below), expand the node labeled 'License Manager' by clicking on the plus (+) sign next to it
3. You will see a folder appear with the exact CRM Organization Name value.  Please provide this exact value as it appears to c360.  Please note that this value is case sensitive.
